It can be reactive, always in motion. It’s crucial to take time to pause and reflect on our ego—why it acted the way it did yesterday or why it feels angry today. Without taking the time to go within and filter out the noise, you risk letting your ego act out and cause trouble for others. There's something in shadows causing trouble!
